Independent chefs with one long table between them — chosen for the cooking, announced one by one before opening.
The Wine Bar
The slow corner of the hall.
Bottles with dust on them, glasses with time in them. Come for one, stay for the evening.
2 Moon Spa
Calm above the fire.
A full spa on the second floor. Treatment first, a healthy drink on the terrace after. Opening with the venue, December 2026.
